UMCOR is the United Methodist Committee on Relief. We regularly take up offerings in support of this organization, especially after natural disasters and other events.

Food Finders

Our church hosts a Food Finders Food Bank event once every few months. They provide food, and our volunteers help to box it and distribute it to families in need.

Versiti Blood Drives

Every year, our church hosts 3 Versiti Blood Center blood drives at our church. These occur in April, August, and December. We provide snacks and gifts to blood donors and blood center staff.

REINdear Program

The REINdear Program(Reaching Everyone In Need) is a needy families Christmas project. Members of our congregation purchase gifts for children in needy families in New Market and nearby communities.

Our church participates in the bell ringing at local stores during the month of December.

Fish

FISH is a local source of food, linen, clothing, and financial assistance to those in need. Representatives from our church are active helpers, and we also regularly collect monetary, food, and linen donations from our congregation.
